Knitting cotton production and manufacture of hosiery under the High Tatra Mountains in the town of Svit has more than 75 years of tradition, dating back to 1934, when they were frst installed hosiery knitting machines. Company founder and traditions of this production was a Czech entrepreneur Tomáš Baťa.

TATRASVIT SVIT- SOCKS, a.s. is a direct successor of the tradition of knitting production in Svit.

Hosiery products are currently manufactured on modern knitting and fnishing of the shelf machines, which enable the production of technology-intensive products equivalent to the highest technical and aesthetic demands of customers.

Product range includes a wide range of men‘s and women‘s products from standard to luxury, as well as products for special purposes such as sports, medical, working and others. Our production program as well as children products and tights.

There are used in the manufacture of high quality natural materials cotton, wool, and modern synthetic materials such as nylon, polyester and polypropylene.

High performance products provide the use of specifc functional and fexible materials, and special applications modifcations.

A substantial part of production is for foreign customers.

Since 1999, the company is certifed ISO 9001.
